Our client has a job vacancy for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to work within an! Older People's (OP) Team based in Manchester. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £22-25 per hour (limited company worker).
Duties
- Liaising with other members of the OP Outreach Service.
- Holding a caseload.
- Promoting positive mental health.
- Providing safe, sound and supporting mental health services.
- Working within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Organising and participating in the admission, discharge and transfer of clients.
All applicants must have a RMN first level registration and a valid NMC registration. You must also have a minimum of 2 years post registration experience in Mental Health and working with Older People.
