Our client are a Global, market leading ! Insurance Broker currently looking to add to their development team with a proactive and driven new business developer now looking for a career role within a leading Global business. An excellent opportunity for those in sales now wanting to specialise in a sector and progress over time.
Office based this is an outbound telephone based sales role where you will be working from data provided, as well as self sourcing leads, to target relevant prospects and discuss Insurance requirements. All companies need to have Insurance, as such this is a highly relationship building based sell where you are looking for an opportunity for them to be open to a quote from your company as a potential new provider. You will be targeting large, Corporate clients speaking to senior level decision makers and will be fully qualifying leads to ensure all appointments generated are relevant and have a genuine interest in considering changing providers. Progression routes are available int! o face to face sales, if this is a path you would like to purs! ue - if not the company are happy to retain you in a phone based role.

Requirements:
We are seeking a graduate calibre telesales or telemarketing experienced candidate with the credibility and commercial awareness to be able to have intelligent business conversations with senior level decision makers of large corporate organisations. You will be a competent business developer who has proven experience in an outbound business to business telesales environment, now looking to build a career within a professional organisation and a professional niche market sector. This is an industry where you can truly specialise and can work towards industry recognised qualificatio! ns. A regulated sector where compliance is essential all applicants must be honest, reliable, driven and dedicated.
