Description: People Source Consulting is currently interviewing Business Objects, Technical Writer, Author, XIR2, XIR3 (63523421341) right now, this vacancy will be delegated in England. My client a leading IT solutions provider are seeking to recruit a technical writer wit! h strong business objects experience: you will bring the below skill set:

You will work in close collaboration with the BI delivery team leaders and the BI trainers located in Manchester

Tasks:

• Updating the current Business Objects XIR2 course contents to Business Objects XIR3
• Creating new Business Objects v4 reporting and Business Objects v4 administration courses
• Creating end-user workshop documentation for each course
• Creating supporting material for all courses; including agenda, notes for the trainers and presentation slides.
• Knowledge transfer of the course contents to the BI Trainers.

Requirements:
At least two years professional experience in technical writing or development of training/customer support materials is required.

Working experience in one or more of the following areas is an advantage:

• Experience of creating documentation solutions ! for SAP Business Objects (XIR2/XIR3 and v4)
• Experienc! e in customer support or consulting for SAP (XIR2/XIR3 and v4)
• University degree in technical writing, computer science, business studies, or a language-based subject
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English native speaker preferred)
• Ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable and customer-focused manner
• Excellent team-working, interpersonal and organisational skill
