Senior Consultant, IT Security Audit and Compliance

Location: Manchester, England

Description: Coalfire Systems is at the momment seeking for Senior Consultant, IT Security Audit and Compliance right now, this position will be designated in England. As a Senior Consultant, you are an integral part of the team, and help to drive the planning and execution of Security eng! agements, with a direct impact on utilization rates and client satisfaction.
Our Senior Consultants generally have broad exposure to various frameworks and industry verticals, but typically fall into one of these groups: IT General Controls (ITGC) Auditors, penetration testers, and application auditors. Most of our auditors conduct IT General Control’s audits in a variety of regulations. This includes conducting PCI Reports on Compliance, annual bank audits for financial institutions, evaluating controls in Hospitals, Utilities, or Government organizations.

• This effort demands a high-caliber, professional individual who will determine engagement scope and timing, direct daily fieldwork, develop Consulting Associates through effective delegation of tasks and provide guidance to foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.
• Our Consultants maintain productive, informative, working relationships with client personnel and ! assessing the client’s satisfaction.
• You will be a ! proactive part of a team of Security Consultants and Advisors which consistently exceeds client expectations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or higher
• CISA or CISSP (required)
• QSA or PA-QSA (preferred)
• Other Industry certifications (such as MCSD, MCSE, CCNA, etc.)
• A proven broad in-depth technical knowledge of security principles and process is required.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, and adept at communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences with varying skill sets.
• Experience with regulations, audit and compliance frameworks (e.g. HIPAA/HITECH, COBIT, ISO, GLBA, PCI, etc.)
• Willing to travel up to 50%
