More details about this occupation opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Our busy Commercial office, based in Manchester is currently looking for a Valuer to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for the valuation of commercial properties for loan security purposes , institutio! nal funds and private parties. Experience in receiving formal valuation instructions, preparing reports in an accurate and professional manner, liaising directly with clients, adhering to deadlines set for the completion complying with quality assurance procedures. You will also be involved with rent reviews and rating work and experience in these areas is preferable.
You will take a close interest in the property and national press to enhance your perspective of the property market and related activities. The role offers the ability to become involved in a wide cross section of work and projects with the successful candidate expected to be proactive in business development and cross selling of our Manchester office services.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will be about to qualify or be 1-2 years MRICS qualified with experience in a similar role. You will also be able to liaise with clients at all levels, be naturally ambitious an! d have credible commercial experience.
