• PeopleSoftMy client is one of the largest UK retail organisations and the require at HRSS OD Manager with previous HR Transformation and Retail experience. - To design t! he future state HRSS organization structure and operating model- To manage the transition from the current state to the future state organisationOverall: - Manage Organisation & Service Design workstream and associated resource/plan- Provide regular reporting on progress managing issues and dependencies and identifying clear mitigation for risks- Own and manage the Organisation & Service Design budget- Drive the development of a High Performance project team- Deep knowledge and experience of Organisation Design methods and tools in a high volume service environment- Proven track record of supporting delivery of sustainable change in service organizations- Good knowledge of best practice change management and communications approaches, tools and skills transfer methods- Strong analytical skills to support organizational sizing- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and event management experience- Experience of retail/M&S/external consultancy preferred* Advanced expert! ise in Microsoft packages including Powerpoint, Excel, Word an! d Visio* Knowledge of HR processes an advantage* Recent experience of PeopleSoft implementations an advantageHRSS as-is state organisation design: Map & Analyse all current HRSS activities, by teamCapture current population size & skills distribution, contractual statusMaintain the understanding of the "as-is" model throughout the duration of the projectHRSS future state organisational design: All HRSS Transaction definition, sizing and volumetrics: o What specific activity (transaction steps in a process) needs to take place in the future organization o What are the durations and levels of effort required for each activity o Based upon an anticipated future service volumes - what is the level of resourcing required for each activity HRSS future state organisational structureo What are the logical grouping of activity into teams - ie scope of future team accountabilities o What is the management structure required to sit over the teams o What is the optimal space/floor layo! ut of the teams to facilitate effective working across teams and scope boundaries o What are the performance metrics/KPIs of each team in order to drive efficiency and quality of service delivery o What are the cultural/behavioral enablers required to create an effective future organization with the desired ways of working Allegis Group Limited and Aston Carter Limited operate Employment Businesses and Agencies and are companies within the Allegis Group Inc. group of companies, the fourth largest staffing company in the world, (collectively referred to as the "Allegis Group").
