Further informations about this occupation opportunity kindly read the description below. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Industrial division in Manchester. Working alongside our tempo! rary staffing team, you will be responsible for running and developing our permanent recruitment desk.
Our ambition is to become the market leader within the Logistics & Industrial sector in the North West, providing a specialist and quality focussed service. We have already made great progress towards this goal and as a result have a warm permanent recruitment desk, currently being serviced by the Divisional Manager. We are looking for an ambitious and highly professional recruitment consultant to take the reigns of this desk and focus on its continued growth and development. Therefore, while operating from a warm base, you will need to be a keen and focussed business developer with hunger and ambition.
Perhaps you have worked within the Temporary Industrial Recruitment field and are now looking for a new challenge? Perhaps you have been a Perm Consultant in this or another sector? In either regard you will be joining a professional and friendly team who ! will support you in every way possible to achieve success.
Professionalism is paramount within any area of our business, but you must be extremely comfortable in dealing with senior level decision makers within an industrial setting and have the ability to adapt your personal style. You will also need the desire to become an expert in this market with a consultative approach and a keen focus on results.
