Due to expansion within the Manchester based Engineering Division, a new opportunity has been created for a Recruitment Consultant to join this experienced and motivated team of Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers, placing candidates into the Process Industries such as Pharma, Food, and Chemicals and Med Devices.
Ideally you will have previous Recruitment Consultant experience, though our client prides itself on turning relatively inexperienced people into qualified, successful consultants so the position is open to anyone holding a degree (or equivalent), drive, personality and a love of the telephone!
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop new client relationships as this will be a new business development role and not account management. You must be highly self motivated and driven to achieve results, coupled with excellent communication and p! eople skills.
