THE ROL! E:
We wish to interview and short-list talented individuals for a new role as a Corporate Banking Solicitor to work in this firms corporate banking team. The successful candidate will be involved with drafting and reviewing ancillary documents such as board minutes, borrower's certificates, shareholder resolutions and deeds of release, overseeing collection of condition precedent documents, registering security, drafting and negotiating simple security and loan agreements and advising on guarantees and security.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will already have strong technical abilities, however you will be actively encouraged to develop further through the firms unique learning programmes. A good communicator with rounded client management and team working abilities, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment working on a stimulating mix of projects and will enjoy increasing amounts of responsibility as your experience grows. The successful candidate will ! be encouraged to develop their individuality and natural flair! .
