Your responsibilities will include:
Managing our head office facilities, meeting rooms and front of house reception service
Managing our purchasing and maintenance call centre and associated functions
Ensuring excellent internal and external customer care
Promoting cost and quality awareness across the company
You will be based in our busy, friendly City Centre office in Manchester, close to Piccadilly train station, providing support to our services across the country. Some travel may be required to other locations across England.
You will have had previous experience of managing staff and internal support services. You will be a graduate and/or hold a relevant vocati! onal qualification and have held positions of responsibility. !
You will have the patience to motivate and coach a diverse staff team, including apprentices, young people, volunteers and service users on placement.
