Are you a Travel Manager or a Senior Travel Consultant looking for a new challenge?
This exciting opportunity has arisen as a result of successful growth of our clients business. Working for an well known, expanding travel management company, the position of Assistant Operations Manager will be integral in the success of the business.

This position will involve the day to day running operations of the travel department.You will be reporting to the Operations Manager.

The ideal Business Travel Operations Supervisor will: -

• Be working in a similar position, with a minimum of 3 years travel experience.
• Able to work Monday to Friday 3.30pm- midnight
• Have Management responsibility for your team to maximise performance, quality and attendance.
• Ensure that the department is fully staffed at all times
• Train individuals within the Travel department
• Full awareness of business targets to achieve in line with business plan
• Accountability for achievement of results.

• Driving quality results within your team whilst meeting a! ll ticketing deadlines and service levels
• Maintain departmental service levels
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of Amadeus ticketing procedures and airline supplier ticketing requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal Skills
• Excellent communication skills

To apply for this Operations Supervisor role you will need to have: -

• Experience of using at least one GDS including Amadeus
• Supervisory experience
• Experience of leading and motivating teams
• Excellent specialist knowledge of product
• Can motivate and develop staff
• Maintain company website and
• Can reach both sales and non sales targets as set by the business
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Has passion for job and shows long term commitment
• This role will involve working out of hours .
