They are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to manage this high profile store, Applicants must be extremely commercially aware within a similar fashion retailer.

Experience:
- Previous Premium brand experience is essential
- To maximise all sale potential with sound commercial decisions.
- To follow company expectations and processes to guarantee seasonal changeovers and VM directives in an efficient, and effective manner.
- Build proactive working relationships with all areas of the business.
- To be a motivational leader who manages staff effectively and professionally and thrives on succession of their team.
- To have a proven track record of retail successes.
- Experience working with Luxury denim brands.
- To manage P and L accounts and control costs at all times.
- To be assertive and be able to communicate with different levels of management.
- To have an enthusiastic passion for the brand!
