Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of Personal Injury files, including RTA/ EL/ PL/ Accident at work/ Multi track cases
Handling cases from inception to completion
Assisting Solicitors as required
Skills
Minimum 2+ years experience with litigated files
Possess excellent business development skills
Be passionate about Personal Injury, with the ability to see legal issues within the client's broader operating environment
Able to handle a complex and constantly changing workload and to work under pressure whilst maintaining a detail conscious with a concern for quality
Be ambitious with a willingness to progress
