We are currently helping our client to find the right candidate for an exciting, permanent opportunity as Polish and German speaking Customer Consultant to work in a vibrant, fun and growing working environment based near Manchester.
You will be working on different projects (travel/ leisure related) dealing with customers from Poland and Germany, using your professional communication skills to deliver excellent customer service. You will also be required to accurately fill in excel sheets and use similar programs so it is important that you have an eye for details and feel confident in using a computers.
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £16,000 – £18,000 plus commission
Working hours: Monday to Friday, no shift pattern or weekend work, normal office hours
Require! d languages: native level of German and Polish plus Englis! h
Key duties:
This role involves speaking to customers over the phone and via email, advising and helping with bookings for a variety of travel and leisure related products such as flights, hotels, tailor made packages, car hire and airport lounge passes.
As you will be working on different projects this position is very versatile and involves customer service, sales, marketing promotion and administration.

• Process bookings
• Offer solutions based on clients requirements
• Tailor offers to meet specific client's requests

• Sourcing and preparing offers for display on campaign websites
Exp! erience required:
• Polish and German speaker (native/business fluent)
• Experience within customer service, sales or travel related roles
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• Commercial acumen
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Applicants need to be computer literate with good writing/keyboard skills.
