Description: Creative Support is presently looking of Supported Housing Officer - Maternity Cover right now, this career will be delegated in England. Working as a member of Creative Support’s housing management team, which is based at our busy Head Office in Manchester city centre, you will contribute to o! ur business success through effective housing management, voids management, prevention of ASB and eviction, rent collection and arrears recovery. You will be required to make regular internal and external inspections of Creative Support properties.
Additionally you will be responsible for a caseload of supported housing schemes and providing advice, training and support to project staff in order to manage tenancies and rent arrears whilst taking responsibility for carrying out practical and formal actions yourself. You will also be required to support the upkeep of communal areas and take timely and practical action as necessary to address issues of security, cleanliness and safety in addition to offering advice and support in related matters.
Driver is essential for this role â€" support with transport can be facilitated for the successful applicant. This post is to cover maternity leave.
