Now a national not-for-profit organization with over 4,500 employees we work to respond to service users needs, requirements and preferences to support them to lead fulfilling and independent lives whether they live within community or supported living settings.
It is important to us that service users have positive, meaningful lives and to ensure this we require individuals who are person centred, warm and flexible to provide them with the support they need to experience this opportunity. Based within our Bury services we require caring and dedicated additions to our hard working staff team who support individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs.
You don’t have to have previous experience working within a care role to apply for this role as Creative Support will provide full training including the Diploma in Health and Social Care level 2 qualification.
