If successful you would join as a trainee recruitment consultant. This means that you would have candidate and client interaction from day one. You would be expected to be proactive in your approach as you would not be micromanaged. Training would be via a one on one mentoring system that has proven to create top billing recruitment consultants.
You would be offered a competitive basic salary that would increase after you have consistently hit your targets - realistically you would be looking to earn £50,000 in year one. What we ask from you is that you are degree educated, h! ave strong academic achievement and have drive and determinati! on to ensure that you will succeed.
