Year on year growth has meant this company have gone from a small outfit to a powerhouse in the UK winning awards last year! for the best in their market for service and quality.

As a Inbound Telesales Executive you will be in charge of taking inbound enquires from prospect as well as existing customers and looking to convert them in to new clients. This is a 100% inbound role so there will be no cold calling or phone bashing. You will have to be highly consultative with the ability to build rapport naturally and professionally.

This is not your average sales role. On interview evidence will be shown of earnings for people currently working for the business which comfortably are over 40k. Average 1st year earnings will be 30k - 36k, 2nd year 36k - 40k, 3rd year 40k - 45k. With this extremely high earning potential the clients expect a high calibre of individual.

Role - Inbound Telesales Executive
Basic - 18k
Bonus - 1st Year OTE 30k - 35k, 2nd Year OTE 35k - 40k

Key Responsibilities - Telesales Executive Inbound

• Source quality business opportunities from existing accounts as well as conduct new business
• Have meaning conversations with senior decision makers
• Ability to hit targets
• Grow and manage existing accounts
• Generate new business opportunities
• Diary management
• Manage multiple relationships at all times
• Making 50 - 80 calls per day / 2-3 hours talk time
