Internal Communications Business Partner

Location: Manchester, England

Hays Marketing are pleased to advise that we are recruiting a Internal Communications Business Partner to cover a 6 month project role, based with a high profile organisati! on in Manchester.

Applicants must be working within a similar Internal Communications role, dealing with senior Stakeholders and reporting into the board.

As a creative and innovative thinker, you will be fully accountable for the delivery of a communications strategy for their flagship office. In addition the role will consist of:

• Create and deliver the internal communications and employee engagement strategy for the new Finance Business Support Centre
• Drive appropriate cultural behaviours in line with Manchester ways of working and employee value proposition
• Develop, maintain and take editorial responsibility for the Intranet sites for Finance as a primary engagement channel
• Provide advice regarding internal communications best practice
• Develop all supporting collateral for internally facing campaigns e.g. Intranet development, use of social media, offline activity, videos, presentations, articles, in! terviews etc
• Keep abreast of industry and technologic! al updates that can enhance communications and employee engagement

Skills required:

• Must have similar experience working within a senior level Internal Communications role
• Proven track record in the creation and development of Internal Communications ideally relating to Employee Engagement
• Very strong copywriting and creative copywriting skills, with proven track record of developing tone of voice
• Strong event planning skills and experience
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with very senior colleagues
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines you will be delivering the strategy within your first 1-3 months
• Proven experience of business partnering
