This firm's real estate team is one of the largest in the UK and they have an array of leading specialists who provide advice on major infrastructure and development projects. This exciting opportunity will require an experienced individual who has a commercial background and strong technical knowledge as well as extensive knowledge with regards to commercial landlord and tenant matters. You will be working for a wide variety of clients, ranging from corporate companies to privately owned property companies. My client would like to see applications from solicitors varying from an NQ to 5 years pqe level, ideally from a leading regional firm. It is imperative that you can 'hit the ground running' and understand the importance of business development and being commercially aware.
