We're looking for 5+ additional Customer Service / Sa! les Assistant's over the next 2 weeks because our event service is in high demand and our client list is growing!
If you're over 18, able to commute to Manchester City Centre, and interested in learning customer services as well as sales. we'd love to hear from you!
As a Customer Service / Sales Assistant, you'll be speaking to customers on a daily basis to explain our client's products, give demonstrations and complete cash and credit card transactions.
You will be a 'brand ambassador' for our clients ~ ensuring the most positive and professional representation of their products. All of our event sites are retail based, so you will need to feel comfortable in a busy environment.
We offer product-training workshops, which means no customer service or sales experience is required, but you should be comfortable speaking to customers face-to-face.
As our portfolio grows, we'll be looking to develop people from within to help oversee! new projects, campaigns, teams and even markets. Graduates an! d others with an interest in Business Management, Marketing and Communications are encouraged to inquire about our advancement opportunities. Since we have business partners in various cities across the UK and Europe, travel opportunities may also be available to top performers.
Customer Service / Sales Assistant Requirements:
- You'll need to be 18+ years of age, full time availabilty is preferred
- You'll need to be eligible to work in the UK
- You'll need to be able to commute to and from our office in Manchester City Centre.
- No specific experience is required, but people with experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality or similar customer-facing roles can be beneficial.
- A solid work ethic and desire to succeed are important because we operate in a performance-based industry
