This is not a cold calling role. The Sales Advisor will make outbound sales calls to existing customers, who have already purchased products from the company. The role involves checking that the customer is happy with the product they have bought, the level of service received and to then sell relevant additional products to the customer.
The role will require the Sales Adviser to:
Achieve and exceed KPIs and targets using exceptional customer service.
Provide solutions to enquiries by telephone, e-mail and letter
Manage calls in accordance with departmental standards.
To ensure a high standard of first contact resolution is achieved.
Deliver an extra mile approach to achieving company KPIs.
The ideal candidate should have:
Experience in a sales background.
The ability to organise own ti! me and prioritise busy workload.
The necessary skills! to clearly communicate with customers and colleagues.
A results orienated.approach.
Ability to show empathy and build a rapport.
In return you will earn a basic salary of £16,000 with uncapped commission ( £35,000O 40,000 OTE). Shift patterns will generally be 9-6, Monday to Friday with Saturday working where required by the business.
