Our client specialises in Dementia, Nursing and Residential care.The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with NMC status and relevant experience working in a similar role within the care sector, preferably caring for elderly patients/residents.Reporting to the Home Manager, the Unit Manager will be accountable for the smooth running of a nursing unit within the care home, providing leadership and direction to the nursing and care staff. Individual care needs of all staff will be adhered to at all times.
