Pre-Visit Technician

A successful loss adjusting business is looking for candidates with experience of dealing with claims to join their team as Pre-Visit Technician.
Key duties as Pre-Visit Technician will include:
Completion! of initial review of the claim
Reserve and approve claim for either desk handling or visit
Input new claims data onto system
Arrange appointments with customers
Prepare appropriate documentation for the Adjuster
In order to be successful as Pre-Visit Technician, you should possess the following skills and experience:
Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Good working knowledge of claims processes and appropriate technical knowledge
Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team.
