The Strategic Change Team, based in Openshaw, is supporting the implementation of these change plans across the organisation.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Communications Lead to join the Strategic Change Team, bringing significant experience in change communications, corporate and internal communications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of internal and external stakeholder corporate and change project communications, working closely with senior managers and project leads, to support high levels of employee engagement and effective change management across a large organisation-wide change programme. You will be responsible for the management and development of a Communications Team and will be a key member of the Strategic Change Team.
To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate a track re! cord of successfully delivering change management and corporate communications. You'll be used to building strong working relationships and have substantial experience of advising and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of strategic change.
