My Financial Services client based in Manchester requires a PMO to assist a change programme.
Key skills:
Knowledge of Finan! cial Services
Experience managing multiple stakeholders
Previous experience in Programme governance and reporting
Previous experience writing meeting minutes
Methodologies & Project Lifecycle in a Change Environment
Planning Tool
Risk Management
Budget & Financial Management
Project / Programme Governance
Role:
Support governance activities including:
Co-ordinate and challenge of progress reporting, escalating issues for resolution as required
Perform quality assurance reviews of project milestones, risks and issues, providing timely feedback to Change Managers
Produce meeting packs, minutes and actions
Liaise with senior business stakeholders and produce ad hoc decision-making information/packs accordingly
Adopt a proactive and flexible approach to tasks
Be able to work across multiple projects, balancing workload and priorities in order to meet deadlines
Be able to work as part of a rem! ote team (which includes offshore resources)
Rate:! 10.50p/h
Contract: 6 months initial
Start Date: ASAP
