As a result of their success and reputation they are looking to compliment their existing team with an immediate vacancy for an Internal Verifier/IQA to cover Manchester, Cheshire and Warrington. To this end, GPRS have been engaged to shortlist a number of top calibre candidates who are looking for a new and exciting challenge.
This role itself requires a self-motivated and diligent individual with a "can do" attitude whilst being able to demonstrate attention to detail and produce quality work. Motivation, enthusiasm and more importantly a flexible approach to work and duties are essent! ial characteristics for this rewarding role.
In this ! role you will be required to develop and maintain productive relationships with all members of the company and other stakeholder and awarding bodies. Responsible for the summative and formative quality assurance of work-based and employment solutions learners you will ensure that both National Occupational Standards are met and that achievement is in line with expectations. The successful individual will also have input to the design and delivery of new programmes.
You will be responsible for but by no means limited to: verifying assessment decisions and ensuring the quality of all work based and centre based delivery, preparing management information, ensuring national standards are maintained and assessment needs of learners are being met, effective quality management and improvement, ensure that training advisors receive an appropriate level of induction into the centre and all programmes, safeguarding learners, development of a sampling strategy and a re! duction of overall operating costs.
Before applying for this position, you MUST have assessed and verified within the last 2 years, hold your A1 Assessors Award (or equivalent) and your V1 Internal Verifiers Award (or equivalent), a relevant teaching qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, Cert Ed or PGCE), relevant industry background in Warehouse & Storage, ability to assess in other generic subjects (Customer Service, Business Administration) would be advantageous, hold a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, and have full understanding of Awarding Body standards and requirements.
You will be rewarded with a salary of up to £26,000 (depending upon experience and qualifications) attractive holiday entitlement together with further training and outstanding career prospects and progression only re-affirm this fantastic opportunity. The role is based across Manchester, Cheshire and Warrington but may require you to travel around the UK both at company si! tes and with clients and suppliers.
