Description

The incumbent is responsible for timely and accurate processing and report! ing of US and Non-US Agent Lending activity as well as the resolution for any problems that may arise. S/He will be supporting a mix of functions that includes, but is not limited to: trade input, monitoring loan activity to ensure timely settlement, corporate action processing, communication of failed trades, notification to lending agent of recalls are needed, reconciliations and stat reporting. S/He will need to be able to answer inquiries, either directly or through research with other functional areas. S/He will provide professional support to agents through daily communication to ensure risk mitigation

Qualifications Responsibilities

• Monitor/process trade activity received from (new loans, returns, reallocations)
• Monitor all unmatched and failing loan activity
• Liaise directly agents/ borrowers to resolve unmatched / failing loans
• Escalation/full daily communications with agent on all unmatched / failing loans

• Assist agent in monitoring activity for recalls
• L! iaise with BNYM Collateral Management team on trade settlements
• Provide reporting as requested by agent
• Serve as point of contact for agent for all queries
• Train Staff This role does/does not fall under the FSA T&C Scheme and the postholder will have to complete the Investment

Administration Qualification within 2 years of appointment.
