Our client is looking for a Head Chef to take on the role for a recently opened Tapas Restaurant located in Man! chester City Centre. The company currently has 2 sites with another due by mid 2014! Full control of the kitchen from ordering, rotas and menus. Excellent package for the right Head Chef.

Role:
The Head Chef must be able to manage stock control (daily orders).
Everything is cooked fresh daily.
The Head Chef must be up to date with current health and safety regulations.
Must be able to keep the kitchen flowing during service.
There is not a lot of paperwork required.
There is a small brigade in place.

Required Experience:
The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare foods to a high standard, good man management skills, hard working and will have good communication skills. Experience in a similar Chef position is preferred. Catering qualifications are a must. A proven track record, strong development, career driven with fresh ideas will express drive, success and passion for the position.
